Sometimes you think you’re invulnerable to feelings. That you’re so independent and mature and strong. That you’ve got yourself and that’s rock solid. 

And then life shows you that you can actually fall in love with someone again. And then life shows you that you can actually fall in love with someone again who cannot love you back. Sometimes life shows you that more than once. 
Sometimes you make a name for yourself as The Heartbroken. Because you’d do it all over again.
